Showcase engagements:

1. The client, a publicly traded mobile VAS provider, wanted to develop the user interface for a campaign manager which is so simple that a layman can use it to create a mobile campaign without any help and yet so powerful that advertising agencies could use it to segment and target the right audience for their clients. CCC worked with the client to develop a user interface which exceeded the client requirements in record timeframe.
2. The client had developed a product to manage the backend infrastructure of mobile operators. They wanted an easy to use UI developed using GWT as the UI framework. The front end had multiple roles and identities. As there was no UI existing when CCC was engaged, CCC started by writing a use case document to better understand the product functionality. The use case document was followed by task analysis and information flow analysis. This process resulted in extremely easy to use front end by cutting down on needless clicks and views. Since most of the tasks required relevant knowledge, CCC made it easy for the end user by providing contextual help at relevant pages. CCC eventually delivered a UI built using GWT (Google Web Toolkit), the UI framework of choice of the client. This was significant value for the client as they did not have to face any UI issues and had to just integrate the frontend with the client.

Showcase engagements

Client 1 is a peer to peer web-based personal lending platform with a social perspective. They had outsourced their product development to a firm with deep expertise in software solutions & architecture. The had got great creative work done by another firm. The service was losing traction due to usability issues. CCC worked with the client, the technology partner and the creative partner to improve the usability of the service. CCC’s first recommendation was to migrate to cloud infrastructure to improve the performance of the product. This immediately improved the conversion rates and increased the daily sign-ups. CCC is currently advising the client on subsequent feature releases.

Client 2 is a startup in education sector. The challenge faced by the client is to build an engaging platform for the students which they can use to interact among themselves as well as their peers in other colleges. The online platform is expected to identify clusters of students interested in this service so that the client can make a successful sale in that college. CCC has started advising the client on building features which would help in attracting more number of quality sign-ups leading to better conversion rates for their sales effort.
